Our Story
It all began one day when I, Emily, suddenly started having stomach and intestinal pains. After countless doctors and doctor visits, I was left untreated, in pain, and feeling so defeated. One day, I heard about a beautiful plant called kratom. I wanted to know more, and after one serving, my quality of life started to come back. Quickly, I went to facebook to find other like-minded communities.
Eventually, I wanted to create my own community and safe-space on facebook. I craved more open, unfiltered discussion about botanicals. Originally Kratom Queens was born, but I wanted the door to be open to a broader discussion. So here we are, as Botanical Queens.
I love this quote that I heard “Queen is not a title, but rather, an energy.” We are all “queens” here, powerful and in control of our minds, bodies, and soul. We can do and be anything that we desire. We live life a little differently. We think a little differently. Most importantly, we have found some of the finer things in life that God (or whatever you believe in) has given us.
